Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your HONEDGER account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request it, what gets deleted, and what we must keep.

How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request in either of these ways:

By email — write to [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, and include your Telegram username or the phone number/name you used, so we can find your account.
In the Telegram bot — open @honedger_bot and send a message saying you want your account and data deleted.

We may ask one confirming question to make sure the request really comes from the account owner. No other reason or explanation is required.

What is deleted

Your profile record (identifier, name, package status)
Your conversation history stored for context
Memory notes and summaries about you
Your learning and progress records
Any website login sessions
Contact form messages you sent, on request

What we keep, and why

Payment records (transaction reference, package, amount, date) — kept as long as required for accounting, tax and legal obligations. These are not used to profile you.
Security and abuse logs — kept for a limited period where needed to protect the service.

Timeline

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, and we will confirm when it is done.

What happens after deletion

Any active subscription stops, and unused time is not refunded unless required by law
The assistant will no longer remember anything about you
You may start again as a new user at any time

তুমি যেকোনো সময় তোমার HONEDGER অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারো। কীভাবে অনুরোধ করবে, কী মুছবে, আর কী রাখতে হয় — নিচে দেওয়া হলো।

কীভাবে অনুরোধ করবে

ইমেইলে — [email protected]-এ লেখো, বিষয়ে Delete my account, আর সাথে তোমার Telegram ইউজারনেম বা যে নাম/নম্বর ব্যবহার করেছ তা দাও (অ্যাকাউন্ট খুঁজে পেতে)।
Telegram বটে — @honedger_bot-এ বার্তা দাও যে তুমি অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মুছে ফেলতে চাও।

অনুরোধটি সত্যিই অ্যাকাউন্টের মালিকের কিনা নিশ্চিত হতে আমরা একটি প্রশ্ন করতে পারি। কারণ ব্যাখ্যা করার দরকার নেই।

যা মুছে যায়

তোমার প্রোফাইল (আইডি, নাম, প্যাকেজের অবস্থা)
প্রেক্ষাপটের জন্য রাখা কথোপকথনের ইতিহাস
তোমার সম্পর্কে রাখা নোট ও সারসংক্ষেপ
শেখার অগ্রগতির রেকর্ড
ওয়েবসাইটের লগইন সেশন
অনুরোধ করলে যোগাযোগ ফর্মের বার্তাও

যা রাখতে হয়, কেন

পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড (লেনদেন নম্বর, প্যাকেজ, পরিমাণ, তারিখ) — হিসাব, কর ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে যতদিন রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক। এগুলো দিয়ে তোমার প্রোফাইল বানানো হয় না।
নিরাপত্তা/অপব্যবহার লগ — সেবা সুরক্ষিত রাখতে সীমিত সময়ের জন্য।

সময়সীমা

অনুরোধ যাচাইয়ের পর ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে ফেলার চেষ্টা করি, এবং শেষ হলে জানিয়ে দিই।

মোছার পর কী হয়

চালু সাবস্ক্রিপশন বন্ধ হয়ে যায়; আইনে বাধ্যতামূলক না হলে অব্যবহৃত সময়ের টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না
সহকারী তোমার সম্পর্কে আর কিছু মনে রাখবে না
চাইলে নতুন ব্যবহারকারী হিসেবে আবার শুরু করতে পারো
