HONEDGER ("we", "us") provides an AI mentor and creator assistant through Telegram, our website honedger.com, and our Android app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account and identity

Your Telegram account identifier and display name, when you use our Telegram bot
A website login session token, when you sign in at honedger.com
Your subscription package and its expiry date

Content you send us

Text messages and questions you write
Voice messages you record (converted to text so the assistant can answer)
Images and photos you send (for example, a photo of a handwritten problem)

Learning and usage data

Questions attempted and progress, so lessons can adapt to your level
Short summaries and notes about your context, so you do not have to repeat yourself
Usage counts used to apply fair-use limits

Payment information

The transaction ID (TrxID) you submit, the package chosen, and the name you provide
We do not collect or store card numbers, bKash PINs, or bank credentials. Payments are made in your own payment app; we only verify the transaction reference.

Website and support

Contact form details you submit (name, email, phone, message)
Approximate country, derived from your connection, used only to choose your language and currency
Privacy-friendly, cookie-less traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

2. Why we use your data

To answer your questions and provide the service you asked for
To remember your context so explanations fit your level
To check which package you have and apply usage limits fairly
To verify payments and activate subscriptions
To reply to your support messages
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Service providers who process data for us

To deliver the service, some content is processed by the following providers:

OpenRouter — routes your messages to AI models that generate answers
Groq — converts your voice messages into text
Microsoft Edge text-to-speech — converts our replies into voice, when you use voice replies
Telegram — the messaging platform, when you use our bot
Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and traffic statistics
Hostinger — the server that hosts our database

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We share only what is needed for the feature you are using.

4. Where your data is stored

Our database is hosted on a server located in Singapore. Depending on the provider, some processing may take place in other countries.

5. How long we keep it

Account and learning data: while your account is active
Conversation history: only a limited number of recent messages is kept for context; older messages roll off
Payment records: retained as long as required for accounting and legal obligations
On a deletion request: removed as described on our Account & Data Deletion page

6. Security

Access to our systems is restricted, credentials are stored encrypted, and connections are protected in transit. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit what we collect in the first place.

7. Children and students

HONEDGER is designed to help with study, and school-age students use it. If you are under 18, please use HONEDGER with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. A parent/guardian mode is available in the Telegram bot. We collect only what is needed to teach, and we ask users not to send sensitive personal information in their messages.

Ask what data we hold about you

Withdraw consent by stopping use of the service and requesting deletion

১. আমরা কী তথ্য নিই

পরিচয়: Telegram আইডি ও নাম; ওয়েবসাইটে লগইন সেশন; তোমার প্যাকেজ ও মেয়াদ
তুমি যা পাঠাও: লেখা প্রশ্ন, ভয়েস বার্তা (উত্তর দিতে লেখায় রূপান্তরিত), ছবি (যেমন হাতে-লেখা অঙ্কের ছবি)
শেখার তথ্য: কোন প্রশ্ন চেষ্টা করেছ, অগ্রগতি, প্রেক্ষাপটের সংক্ষিপ্ত নোট, ব্যবহারের হিসাব (ন্যায্য-ব্যবহার সীমার জন্য)
পেমেন্ট: তুমি যে TrxID, প্যাকেজ ও নাম দাও। কার্ড নম্বর, bKash PIN বা ব্যাংক তথ্য আমরা নিই না, রাখিও না।

২. কেন ব্যবহার করি

তোমার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে, তোমার স্তর বুঝে বোঝাতে, প্যাকেজ ও সীমা যাচাই করতে, পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করতে, সহায়তা দিতে, এবং অপব্যবহার ঠেকাতে। আমরা তোমার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতাদের দিই না।

৩. কারা প্রক্রিয়া করে

OpenRouter (AI উত্তর তৈরি), Groq (ভয়েস→লেখা), Microsoft Edge TTS (লেখা→ভয়েস), Telegram (বার্তা মাধ্যম), Cloudflare (ওয়েবসাইট/পরিসংখ্যান), Hostinger (ডেটাবেস সার্ভার)। যে ফিচার ব্যবহার করছ, শুধু তার জন্য যতটুকু দরকার ততটুকুই যায়।

৪. তথ্য কোথায় থাকে

আমাদের ডেটাবেস সিঙ্গাপুরে অবস্থিত সার্ভারে। সেবাদাতাভেদে কিছু প্রক্রিয়াকরণ অন্য দেশে হতে পারে।

৫. কতদিন রাখি

অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় থাকা পর্যন্ত; কথোপকথনের কেবল সাম্প্রতিক কিছু বার্তা প্রেক্ষাপটের জন্য থাকে, পুরনোগুলো বাদ যায়; পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড হিসাব ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে যতদিন দরকার। মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মোছা পাতায় বর্ণিত নিয়মে মুছে যায়।

৬. নিরাপত্তা

সিস্টেমে প্রবেশ সীমিত, ক্রেডেনশিয়াল এনক্রিপ্টেড, সংযোগ সুরক্ষিত। কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ বলা যায় না, তাই আমরা শুরুতেই যতটা কম সম্ভব তথ্য নেওয়ার নীতি রাখি।

৭. শিক্ষার্থী ও অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক

HONEDGER পড়াশোনার জন্য বানানো, স্কুল-কলেজের শিক্ষার্থীরাই বেশি ব্যবহার করে। তোমার বয়স ১৮-এর কম হলে অভিভাবকের জ্ঞাতসারে ও সম্মতিতে ব্যবহার করো। Telegram বটে অভিভাবক-মোড আছে। বার্তায় স্পর্শকাতর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য না পাঠানোর অনুরোধ রইল।

৮. তোমার অধিকার

কী তথ্য আছে জানতে চাওয়া, ভুল তথ্য সংশোধন, অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মুছে ফেলা, সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার — এসবের জন্য [email protected]-এ লেখো।
